The new delegate of Engineers of the Province of Pistoia will ask you to change the existing Statute Inarcassa to encourage more direct control of members on the work of all organs Body. In particular ask you to enter:

- a requirement for the Director to convene at least once a year the members of the Assembly Rooms for the guide on its activity and for approval of shared addresses the choices to be made;

- the obligation to convene the Assembly, however, when the National Council are provided for statutory changes or changes in the rates of contributions required to express an opinion;

- the ability of the National Committee of Delegates, to express a vote of no confidence in the Board of Directors ( hours immovable ) at any time;

- a limit to the number of mandates of the Board of Directors ( unlimited hours )

- a halving of annual emoluments for all charges ( currently set as follows: € 150,000 President, Vice President € 105,000, € 45,000 members of the Executive Committee, members of the CDA 27,000 ) .
