I presented my candidacy for the upcoming elections of the representative of the Engineers of Pistoia the national committee of delegates 2010-2015 INARCASSA having made a few thoughts that I am pleased to share with other members.
are about two thirds of my professional life and are therefore concerned to ensure a secure and dignified retirement for those who leave the profession, because this is my expectation among a dozen years, yet they are also concerned to contain the collection of contributions within sustainable limits on sales of those, like me, now practice the profession of engineer. I am convinced that only increase the revenue generated by each of us and, therefore, enhance our tax base, will possible to meet increased pension payments without "bleed" members. I am also aware that, under the pressure of an increasingly less free and more controlled by big business, the world of the professions is changing rapidly, with heavy consequences for us all, and mainly on the younger members or engaged in new areas even engineering.
Just at a time of difficulty overall objective, we must demand a strong support for the profession by Orders of INARCASSA and public institutions, but to do so would require that each of us to go out, at least for a moment, by the restricted daily squabbles of his studio and do a little 'loading problems everyone from neo-up members to pensioners. Fairly and effectively manage the social security system is only possible enhancing solidarity between the generations together and claiming the essential role of free activities that weighs very little on the social system but produces basic services for the advancement of local and national community.
