The counter blog reminds us that in just over a month it will open the polling station for choosing our delegate.
But it is worthwhile to vote?
I think so, yes, for three simple reasons.
The first is that very few members who voted in the past and ... We saw what happened.
The second reason is that no sensible person would, to any institution, a large proportion of their income to ensure of a future economic protection in times of need, and then not interested in how this money is managed. Without carefully choose who should represent it in the organ that decides the fate of the capital invested. "
The third reason - perhaps the most important - I have done in the last two months of frequent contacts with colleagues of all ages. With this little craft blog, to mail and phone calls received, but mainly due to direct meetings, I made a little journey into the engineers Pistoia. Its ends (the younger and older) I meet that I have greatly enriched and I will serve as a person, regardless from being elected or not. Strange to say, but after twenty five years focused on my career, I was not aware of the variety of our universe and especially of the discomfort that affects not just colleagues, not least because the difficulties are not usually known but, rather, are decently concealed. Along with this uncomfortable and often intertwined with it, there are also extraordinary intellectual energy, intelligent exploration of new market niches professional associations which tend to combine cooperation with business models. But these energies need to support economic incentives for innovation, average time-consuming to express their potential.
I think it's time to make it clear to INARCASSA must invest in the first instance on this potential, rather than hedge funds or similar financial instruments to support the revitalization and renewal of professional services. Will grow only if our total income, which can be guaranteed in the long term protection of which we are entitled to avoid a race without an end to the rise in contribution rates.
