I take this opportunity to make a proposal.
We all know the difficulties for women to practice the profession and to be both mothers of young children, we know that the employees' liability insurance and workers Public offer more support for mothers compared to private pension funds, including Inarcassa.
So why pay a ridiculous like 65 € for the mothers engineer "abandoned" on their own after 5 months of support (support 80% though!)? I believe that if it is true that 65 euro is enough to cover the current demand for "motherhood", bringing the figure to 100 € for example you could possibly go from 5 months to 7 months, or a 80% to 100% , compared to € 35 more per year, which certainly does not bother anyone.

Since I have personally experienced (two sons born in one year , my wife and professional) I am well aware of how low the compensation is paid, especially if a family has no grandparents available full time and therefore must be used to help pay. Not to mention that the share of time devoted to the care of children is affected by the sales professional for several years. In short, further discrimination to the detriment of professional women and their families.
I think it is an important issue and what can be achieved concrete results. In fact, even if it is a state law to provide for the minimum be provided, however, the Fund may establish more appropriate criteria based Article .70 of LD 151/2001 ". .. stop prejudice to the authority 'of each individual case to determine, by resolution of the Board, subject to approval of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, an amount than most 'high, given the capacity' income and social contribution of the profession and compatibility 'with the balance of financial institution ... However, if we all recognize the societal need to counter the declining population in our country, I seems clear that this cost should be supported not only by professional category of membership but also State, Regions and local authorities. Which is why, notwithstanding the opportunity to adjust the salary, I also feel the need to promote a support system that makes it more "sustainable" the burden of births for those working in the professions.
