Pour orange juice and two strawberries in a shaker, mash them with the help of a pestle. Add the St. Germain, absinthe and cream. Shake well and strain the drink into a cocktail cup. Garnish with remaining strawberries and serve.
History
This cocktail was invented by Hari Nathan Kalyan, owner of Randolph at Broome New York. The combinations of fruit and fresh citrus notes complement and balance the herbaceous absinthe.
